GINGER SHOTS

Skiftet fra vinter til vår er alltid en tid hvor det er lett for å bli syk. Noen dager er varme, mens andre dager er kjølige… Mitt immunforsvar er ikke det sterkeste, og sånn har det alltid vært. Ingefær shots er noe jeg begynte med i fjor, og funker egentlig ganske bra for meg. Oppskriften jeg bruker er enkel, og krever lite tid, så det passer meg midt i blinken!

// It’s always hard to not get sick between the change from winter to summer. Some days are warm, and others are freezing. My immunsystem isn’t the best, and that’s how it’s always been. Ginger shots is something I started doing last year, and works pretty well for me. The recipe is easy and quick to make, so it fits me perfect! 

Selfie ginger (1 of 1)

2 apples, 2 oranges, 2 lemons and ginger (choose the size as you prefer)

Appelsin (1 of 1)

Ingefær (1 of 1)

Cut everything into pieces

Kuttet opp alt (1 of 1)

Put it in the juicer

Ingefær 2 (1 of 1)

And VOILÁ, you have yourself a fresh ginger shot!
